Our Operations Center is located at 380 West Hollis Street in Nashua, NH and is continuously being updated with the latest available technology. The center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a team of APCO certified highly trained communications personnel. These individuals are tasked with answering incoming calls and assigning and tracking our fleet of medical transportation vehicles.

Rockingham utilizes a sophisticated multi-dimensional Computer Aided Ambulance Dispatching software system called RightCAD, which was developed specifically for medical transportation services by Zoll Data Systems. It provides real time GPS vehicle location along with call location mapping and routing displays. Vehicles are posted at various locations throughout our service area based on time of day, day of week and known call load projections to minimize response times. Our vehicles are also equipped with mobile data terminals, which securely transmit call information, provide the fastest available call routing and mapping information for our crews and allow for instant, secure communications.

Two-way radio communications are managed in a number of different ways including digital 800 Mgz systems, multi-tower site UHF trunking and high speed wireless data information network links.

Voice and data information in the Operations Center is digitally recorded for instant playback ability. The Operations Center is protected by a three level power failure battery back-up supply and an instant back-up generator system, which allows for seamless operations during power outages.
