Rockingham Employees Recognized as “National Stars of Life” for 2003

May 22, 2003 - With a theme of “We Are There When America Calls”, the members of the American Ambulance Association paid it’s annual tribute to this years Star of Life recipients on May 6, 2003 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. This was the 11th Annual Stars of Life event.

Rockingham Regional Ambulance, Inc. was proudly represented by two Stars of Life this year. Paramedic Field Supervisor Rodney Dunn and Paramedic Rocco Caprarello were selected by their peers and managers to represent NH at this annual event.

Rodney & Rocco, both long time Rockingham employee’s, were chosen for their commitment to excellent patient care and their positive work ethic.

The American Ambulance Association annually recognizes Stars of Life from across America. This year, 34 states were represented with 109 Stars along with 2 posthumously awarded Stars. The most Stars ever.

While in Washington, Rocco and Rodney met with and were congratulated by their elected representatives, Senator’s Judd Gregg and John Sununu and Congressmen Charlie Bass and Jeb Bradley.
